* Collect oil samples from all refilled power transformers (42 units) by following IEC60475, IEC60567 AND ASTM D923-2015 standards. Sampling is distributed as follows:
* 42 main tanks, once per year. One sample from the bottom and another sample from the top (for DGA).
* 19 OLTC tanks, once per year. One sample from the bottom and another sample from the top (for DGA).
* 2 Pre-Mag transformer tanks (embedded in the main tank but separate), once per year. One sample from the bottom and another sample from the top (for DGA).
* Extra 40 top bottom samplings for the whole period of the contract, if required.
* Extra 40 top oil samplings (DGA) for the whole period of the contract, if required.
* Electrical measurement of a transformer – 40 for the whole period of the contract
* Electrical measurement of a shunt reactor – 2 for the whole period of the contract
* SFRA testing – 19 transformers for the whole period of the contract
* Measuring of Windings Tan D and capacitance – 19 transformers for the whole period of the contract
* Online Partial Discharges measurement and analysis with Acoustic method – 42 for the whole period of the contract
* Provide Software with training that has the following features:
* Oil data storage
* Easy analysis
* Data Trending
* Automatic formulate reports
